A.I. Professional Learning Series

The A.I. Professional Learning Series consists of six 4-hour online self-paced workshops exploring how A.I. can be applied in customer service, HR, sales and marketing, accounting and finance, IT operations, and cybersecurity. Each workshop takes about four hours to complete and can be completed on your own schedule, at any time. Participants are eligible to earn a digital badge, which they can then post on their LinkedIn profiles, at the end of each workshop.
