From Vacant Lot to Viable Project: A Live Development Intelligence Lab

How can AI, local data, and community knowledge help move vacant and underused properties toward equitable development? Mecca Development will lead an interactive analysis of a Milwaukee site using Climate Lens, its emerging development-intelligence platform. Participants will examine feasibility, climate resilience, public incentives, community priorities, and displacement risk—then work together to determine what should be built and what it will take to move the site toward execution.
