Come find out at PINTS: People-First\, Intentional\, Needs-Driven\, Technology Strategies!\n\nThis month\, we'll look at the Brewer's success and ask\, "Do the Brewers have something to teach us that we can apply in our AI initiatives?" Then\, we'll hear from our guest speaker\, Dana Echert of INSPIRE\, who will share her story — why she left a career in HR to build a people-first AI consulting practice\, and what she's learned about where AI strategy falls apart.\nAs a group\, we'll reflect on the pivotal moments that shaped us\, and the people who shaped us along the way. \n\nAfter a brief intermission featuring a musical performance by Father Sky\, we'll meet with our expert panel: Dana Echert\, Steve Glynn of Experience Milwaukee and Xorbix\, Robb Richardson of NetForward\, and one more guest to be announced\, to talk about the five pillars for AI success.\n\nWe'll close with an AI readiness self-assessment and intentional networking\, where we'll split off into groups\, matched with others who have found success where we have struggled\, who are struggling where we have been successful.
